You must be 18 years old or older to shop on www.ailefo.dk, and be in possession of a valid credit card. If you are under the age of 18, you must have the consent of your parent or legal guardian, or someone that can take legal responsibility for the purchase, and who holds a valid credit card.
We accept the following credit cards: Visa / Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro Master, American Express.
We also accept Mobilpay.
We do not charge any card fee on debit.
The amount of your purchase will only be deducted, when the goods are shipped out. There can never be deducted an amount greater than what you have agreed on your purchase, plus the shipment price for your country.
All our prices are shown in Euro.
During you transaction we use SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This means that your card details are encrypted, so no unauthorized person can read your information.
We reserve the right to change our prices without notice, however a transaction binding if completed. Should there be price errors or typo, we can cancel the order if the customer was acting in bad faith. If the item is sold out, the customer will be contacted as soon as possible with a solution.
VAT will not be refunded when sending to countries outside the EU. Prices to countries outside the EU are higher, as imposing an additional cost of shipping the goods out of the EU. Local taxes are not covered by Ailefo ApS.
You choose your shipping option.
Delivery in DK: Delevery to pack shop: 29 DKK, Delivery to business address: 33 DK, Delivery to home address: 49 DKK.
Free shipping in DK on orders over 500 DKK.
Delivery of orders outside DK will be added an extra freight cost equal to the amount of sending packages. Orders weighing more then 10 kilograms will be charged an extra freight cost. This extra freight cost must be accepted by the costumer prior to final approval of the shipment and dispatch of the order.
Delivery of orders outside DK will incur freight costs equal to the amount, the cost of sending packages. This also includes Greenland and Faroe Islands.
The listed shipping rates do not apply for retailers of Ailefo´s products.
Delivery of packages in DK is done by GLS. Delivery date is expected to be 2 - 4 business days. Ailefo endeavor to dispatch your order as soon as possible. When your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email with a "Track and Trace" number, so you can follow your package.
Delivering of packages outside of DK will be done by GLS or PostDanmark and mainly by ship. Arrangements for shipment (price and delivering method) will be made be made before the order is finalised and shipped out.
If you are a retailer of Ailefo´s products, we use GLS and BHS for shipment.
You have 14 days to cancel your purchase, when you shop at www.ailefo.dk.
You must, within 14 days of receiving your order, give us notice that you want to cancel your purchase. The notice must be made by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can also use our standard withdrawal form, and enclose it, when you return your purchase to us. You can find the withdrawal form here: (link to “standard withdrawal form”)
Cancellation will not be accepted simply by refusing to receive order, without also giving us the proper notice thereof.

You can either deliver the product in person, or send it back.
When returning your purchase, please enclose a copy of your order confirmation and a standard withdrawal form. You can find the form here: (link to “Standard withdrawal form”)
The condition of the product upon return.
You are responsible for the deterioration of the value of the product caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and the way it works. You can thus test the product in the same way, as if you tried it in a physical store. You may not take the product in actual use. By opening the tubs with modeling clay, you have taken the product in actual use, and you are liable for the value of it.
If the product is proven beyond what is outlined above, we consider it as used. This means that by the cancellation of your purchase only a part or none of the purchase amount will be returned to you, depending on the product's commercial value.
Missing original packaging may constitute an impairment. To be sure to receive all the money back, it is recommended the product is be returned in original packaging, and the product is unopened.
You must pay for the shipment of the returned item, and you are responsible for the product, until we receive it. Wrap the item securely and save postal receipt and Track & Trace number.
We do not accept return package per COD or packages not distributed.
If the product is in such condition that it can be resold, you will be refunded your purchase. In that case we will refund both purchase and shipment cost (except return shipping), with the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
Sale of Goods Act shortage rules may apply to product purchase. When you shop at www.ailefo.dk, you have a 24month warranty. This means that you either get the product of complaint repaired or replaced, a refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.
It is of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified, and that the defect is not caused by incorrect use of the product or other injurious behavior.
You must complain within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect. If you inform us of your complaint within 2 months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

When you return the product, please state what the problem is, as detailed as possible.
Please note! We do not receive packages sent by COD, or packages which have not being distributed.
Remember that the product must always be returned in proper protective packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipment, to make it possible for us to refund your shipment costs.
You automatically create a customer account the first time you shop with us. In this way, we have your costumer information and can best serve you as a customer in the future. You can with a customer account easily follow your order and reorder previous orders. You can at any time log in to your customer account and view and change your information. You may at any time terminate your customer account.
With a customer account, you do not automatically enroll for our newsletter. This can opt-in at the same time you place your order, and you can also actively opt out of the newsletter at any time.
To do business with Ailefo ApS, we need the following information: name, address, phone number and email address.
We register your personal information, for the purpose of delivering goods to you. Personal information is registered with Ailefo ApS and kept for five years, after which the data is deleted.
When collecting information through our website, we ensure submitting with your consent. This way you are always informed of, exactly what information is collected and why.
When you sign up for our newsletter, we will register your name and email address. Your email address will not be disclosed to others, unless you have consented.
If you create an account with us, we will register your name, email and contact information. We use your information to make the purchase process easier for you next time you shop, as well as targeting our marketing.
Your subscription to our newsletter and / or an account with us is our authority to process your personal information, see EU Personal Data Regulation.
You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of the newsletter. You can also at any time log in to your account, correct your account information, or manually delete your account completely. This way we will no longer have you account information stored with us.
Your registered information may be left to external partners that process information on our behalf. We use external partners to for example publish newsletters, processing your order and payment process. These external partners are data processors. They are under our instructions and process data for which we are data responsible. We have committed to written data processing agreements with all external partners that process your personal data for us. This data agreement complies with the EU Personal Data Regulation.
Some of our external partners are established outside the EU. With these external partners we have also committed to a written data processing agreement, cf. the EU Personal Data Regulation's certification of processing and transfer of personal data applicable to each country.

We use web statistics on our website. This is to record the number of visits, where our visitors are coming from and which pages they visit.
We do this to improve your user experience on our website.

We do not store customer data encrypted.
We do not transmit encrypted customer information.
Information provided to Ailefo is not disclosed or sold to third parties, and we do not register any sensitive personal information.
As registered with Ailefo, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to get access to the information recorded about you. Ailefo ApS is represented on several social media channels, iIncluding Facebook, Google+, Pinterest, Youtube and Instagram. This is why we use social plugins. This provides the consumer with the opportunity, for example, to share or like our content on the different medias. You have the option to turn these social plugins off in your browser.
If you visit www.ailefo.dk while you are logged into a social media site where we are also represented, social plugins can send information about you on to these media sites. If you do not want this, you should logout of the social media before you visit our website.
