Contents and Sowing Tips for plant kit:

Carrots:
Organic seeds. An early variety of carrot with smooth roots. Harvest continually.
Delicious eaten straight from the garden – remember to wash the soil off the roots before eating.
Also suitable for cakes, bread, and salads.
Can be stored over winter.

Sowing Carrots:
Plant directly in soil or in a larger pot from April to June.
Sow at a depth of 1 cm.
Water the soil before sowing and keep the soil moist until germination.
Cover with a fleece if sown directly in the ground before the end of the night frost.
Harvest continually from July to September.

Flower cress:
Edible flowers in orange, yellow, and red. Suitable for pots, balcony boxes, and gardens.
Beautiful in salads, in drinks, or on desserts.

Sowing Flower cress:
Can be pre-sown indoors in April-May.
Can be sown directly into the ground from mid-May, after the risk of frost has passed, to mid-June.
Sow at a depth of 2 cm.
Water the soil before sowing and keep the soil moist until germination.
Harvest from mid-June right into September.

Cape gooseberry:
A small orange berry surrounded by a paper-like lantern.
Plant the seeds in larger pots or directly in the ground.
The berries are delicious to eat as they are or in salads and desserts.

Sowing Cape gooseberry:
Can be pre-sown indoors from April-May. Germinate at room temperature. Once the seeds have germinated, they can be placed cooler and in a brighter area.
Can be sown directly into the ground from May to June. The last frost should have passed and the soil temperature should be over 15 degrees Celsius.
Sow at a depth of 2 cm.
Water the soil before sowing and keep the soil moist until germination.
Harvest from mid-June right into September.
